Rights & Governance

Implementation of the SWADHIKAR Project supported by the Azim Premji Foundation — active rights-based interventions in 10 villages of Birsa Block, Balaghat. Covering FRA awareness, Gram Sabha strengthening and community rights facilitation.

Mental Health & Youth Development

Launch of SATHEE – Aapke Man Ka Saathi promoting emotional well-being, dialogue, life skills and youth empowerment — reaching adolescents in tribal hostels across the region.

Health & Community Well-being

Organized health camps, community outreach programs and participated in Sickle Cell Mitra activities — improving healthcare awareness and access for tribal and rural communities.

Research & Policy Action

Conducted migration and social security study with policy recommendations. Contributed to dialogue on the Green Credit Policy framework and forest community livelihoods.

Network Building & Regional Leadership

Organized a Jabalpur workshop on FRA and Gram Sabha strengthening. Conducted training programs across Balaghat, Mandla, Dindori and Seoni — building a growing network of community leaders, social workers and development professionals committed to tribal rights and governance.
